Penelope was born in Manhattan, New York, and now lives in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Being a mother of three girls and a guardian of six and having a degree in Infant and Childcare from Saint Mary’s Hospital for Children, she has a broad knowledge of the care of children. As a member of the United States Marine Corps, she traveled the world.
