Fartema Fagin has earned recognition for her poems from the National Poetry Society and has received awards from Clark Atlanta University, Atlanta, Georgia. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English/Journalism from Georgia State University, and a master’s degree in English Rhetoric from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.
Fagin is an adjunct professor and is an active member for the International Women’s Writing Guild. She and her husband live in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
